The service provides a choice of international connection routes; it does not replace accounts, content licenses or regional rules set by third-party platforms.

Route Selection and Troubleshooting

Choose a route based on the location of the service you want to access, then consider the route type, client support and time of use. Your connection experience depends on your local network, network congestion and the status of the destination service. A single test may not reflect performance over time. If you run into an issue, note when it occurred, the selected exit route and any message shown by your client, then submit a ticket through the user panel. Don’t share subscription links or account passwords in public.

Privacy principles and data boundaries

VPNVT’s privacy position is to keep no activity logs. You can open an account with a username and password; no email address is required. Information is collected only as needed to provide account, subscription, billing and support services. The no-logs commitment for the connection service does not mean that no business records are kept. Include only the information needed to troubleshoot an issue in support tickets.
