Submit account, subscription, connection, and billing questions through the user panel. Your issue and follow-up replies stay in one ticket, making it easy to share details and track progress.

User Panel Support Tickets

Use a ticket to check your account, order, or subscription status, report connection errors, or request a refund. Open the ticket center, sign in as prompted, and describe the issue. Reply to the same ticket if you need to provide more information.

Reply times vary depending on the issue, the details provided, and current support workload. No fixed response time is guaranteed. Check the ticket center for updates, and don’t assume that a successful submission means the issue is resolved.

What to Include

Account & Subscription

Describe where the issue occurs, any messages shown, and what you need help with. For example, your plan status may differ from what you expected, a subscription may fail to import, or you may be unable to find the subscription page after signing in. No email address is required; use a username and password to get started. Never include your password in a ticket.

Connections & Routes

Include your platform, client name, selected region, protocol, route type, and any error message. Note when the issue occurred, your network environment, and whether it persists after switching exit routes. Redact subscription links, account passwords, and other private information from screenshots.

First, use the Quick Start Guide to check subscription import and connection steps. Then consult Protocol Guide to understand the differences between routes and protocols. Keeping a record of your troubleshooting steps can help avoid repeated questions.

Billing & Refunds

Include the relevant order, payment method, current panel status, and what you’re requesting. VPNVT accepts Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT, and offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund policy. Submit refund requests through a ticket. See the Terms of Service for details.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data add-ons remain available until used and never expire. Check the Plans page for plan details.

What Happens Next

After submitting, check the user panel to confirm that your ticket was saved. If you need to add screenshots, error messages, or order details, reply to the original ticket to keep the context together. Don’t open multiple tickets for the same issue.

When you receive a reply, follow the suggested steps and note the results. If the issue persists, describe the checks you’ve completed and what is still going wrong. Payment verification or route troubleshooting may require additional details. Check ticket replies for the latest status.

Tickets are for contacting customer support, not for sharing subscriptions. Never include your account password, full subscription link, or sensitive payment credentials.
